8:00am-12:30pm and 2:00pm – 5:00pm, Friday Closed

 

Appointments

 

We try our best to accommodate our patients as much as possible when scheduling appointments. We have found that children with extensive dental work or preschool children are better to be seen early in the morning when they are fresher and can have a more positive experience. Some appointments may require the child to miss some school; however, these are considered excused absences. With continued care, appointments during school can be kept to a minimum.

 

We request 48-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, but we ask for your help as a courtesy to all of our patients. Continued broken confirmed appointments may result in an additional charge.

 

Payment

 

  Reducing statement expenses minimizes necessary increases in fees. Payment is expected at the time of services, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

 

  For patients who require extensive treatment, our staff will assist you with specific payment arrangements.

 

  For your convenience, we accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.

Insurance

 

There are many different insurance plans and benefits.
To help you understand your benefits, please bring your insurance booklet. It is necessary that you provide us with an insurance form with your section completed.

 

Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. Please remember that you are responsible for your payment. No insurance company attempts to cover all your dental expense. It is your responsibility to pay any deductible, co-insurance, or
any balance not paid by your insurance company.
These amounts are due at the time of service.
